Business Country Manager – Flight Segment Eng.

In our team you will be responsible for the Flight Segment Business Unit in Poland.

On this position your tasks will include:

• Internal and external project management
• Cost control
• Team coordination and team development
• Preparation of proposals, analysis of requirements of the proposals: technical, management, implementation
• Identification of business opportunities
• Commercial activities
• Technical reference for project engineers

You will report to the Director of the Flight Segment Business Unit and will work in coordination with the Director of Space in Poland and the Head of Divisions of the Space Segment.

We are looking for experts in project and team management with:

• Knowledge of the space sector and experience in ESA projects
• Knowledge of the Polish space sector
• Experience in identification of new business opportunities
• Experience in preparation of proposals

We will also value previous experience, and knowledge in:

• Space systems engineering
• Mission Analysis
• Flight software
• Onboard GNC
• E2E Simulators
