Junior Bid Specialist

We are looking for Junior Bid Specialist who will support our Bid Manager and business development team in preparation of documentation and analysis. You will work with the best people in the space sector and quantum technology domain in this part of the World (and it’s not just a slogan). You will be bidding for high tech projects to: European Space Agency, European Commission, public funds, key industries in mentioned sectors.

We need a person with good writing skills (in English and Polish), good analytical mindset, team oriented and with a broad smile.

Responsibilities:

 Support in bid process;

• Writing proposals and offers;
• Market analysis;
• Support in consortiums and partnerships development;
• support in contracts negotiations.

Good to have

• Experience in writing proposals (e.g. “Szybka Ścieżka”) or tender documents (e.g. from law firms);
• Education (may be in progress) in fields related to writing content within a specific framework (journalism, business, law) or technical, if you are business-oriented;
• Curiosity and understanding of the space, scientific, military or critical infrastructure markets;
• Focus, ability to read with understanding and find solutions to problems;
• Personal Organization and ability to follow processes;
• Proficiency in English – both written and verbal;
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under time pressure.
