Job description

• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and programs for KP Labs solutions.
• Collaborate with business development and product teams to ensure effective campaign planning and execution.
• Create and manage marketing content for various channels, including social media.
• Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
• Work with other teams to produce engaging social media content.
• Grow followers and engagement on social media platforms.
• Identify opportunities to expand the community and acquire new members.
• Manage social media communities and stay updated on social media technologies and features.
• Support the creation of high-quality content, photos, and videos.
• Assist in managing website content and support the development of a new website.
• Aid in the production and distribution of newsletters.
• Assist in organizing KP Labs’ presence at international fairs.

What we expect:

• English language proficiency at level B2 or higher is required.
• Passionate about social media and familiar with the latest trends.
• Experience in content strategy development and distribution.
• Creative mindset with the ability to increase brand awareness.
• Strong skills in newsletter production and website management.
• Energetic and creative with a growth-oriented mindset.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis.
• Confidence in analyzing results and making recommendations based on performance.
• Understanding of the buyer’s journey mapping.

 Nice to have:

• Growth hacker mindset.
• Knowledge of Canva, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Jira, and WordPress.
• Experience in the aerospace industry.
• Track record of executing successful campaigns across various channels
