Quality Engineer Eng.

Responsibilities:

• Providing support in ensuring product quality for assigned projects by facilitating the flow of quality requirements between the client, project team, and supply chain.
• Conducting project assessments, control, and review of products within assigned projects.
• Developing a quality assurance plan to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of products.
• Participating in project reviews.
• Analyzing product compliance with quality standards.
• Conducting quality audits of projects.
• Analyzing product failures, issuing dispositions, and defining corrective actions in collaboration with NRB, assisting in determining cost estimates for production and repairs.
• Participating in the preparation of FMEA analysis.
• Maintaining operational standards at the project or organizational level.
• Supporting the introduction of MGSE equipment into production.
• Supporting readiness reviews for tests and production in the project life cycle.
• Conducting quality control of products within assigned projects.
• Supervising measurement equipment. Support in ISO activities:
• Developing and updating quality procedures and instructions in line with ISO 9001 and ECSS.
• Preparing input for company management reviews and output from management reviews.
• Performing internal quality audits and supplier audits.
• Collaborating with external parties on quality management system issues.
• Managing non-conformities and collaborating with clients by preparing appropriate documentation and managing corrective actions.
• Conducting training on the quality management system.
• Supporting the Quality Section team in preparation for ISO 9001:2015 audit.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum higher technical education.
• Professional experience: Min. 5 years of experience in quality teams.
• Technical competencies: Knowledge of MS Office, skills in using measuring tools, knowledge of technical drawing, communicative English.
• Soft skills: Good work organization, reliability, punctuality, analytical skills, ability to collaborate with others, communicative skills, negotiation and persuasion skills, planning and goal-setting abilities, ability to work under time pressure and stress, motivating and delegating skills, initiative, presentation skills.
