Job description:

• Preparing and placing orders with Polish and foreign suppliers.
• Searching for electronic components in accordance with customer specifications.
• Sending inquiries to suppliers, acquiring and verifying offers, market analysis.
• Supervising the timeliness and quality of deliveries.
• Optimizing purchasing processes.
• Archiving data in the system.
• Preparing estimates, budgets, and reports.
• Negotiations, meetings, and maintaining contacts with suppliers.
• Collaboration with other departments of the company, customs agencies, and freight companies.

Requirements:

• Minimum secondary education, technical or electronic preferred.
• Very good organization of own work, responsibility, independence.
• Ability to work in a team.
• At least communicative knowledge of English.
• Knowledge of the electronics industry is welcome.
• Experience in using ERP XL is a plus.”
