Defining system architecture based on requirements and “Concept of operations”.
Support in developing “Trade-off” and “State of the Art” analyses.
Developing specifications for subsystem requirements (mechanical, electrical, software).
Developing and updating system documentation, in particular: CONOPS, DDVP, SEP, and supporting the development of other project documents.
Developing test plans, selecting verification methods for requirements.
Supporting activities related to system integration and testing.
Supporting the project manager in technical project management (selection of technical solutions, requirements management, technical risk management, defining and controlling interfaces, document configuration).
Close cooperation with technical teams (mechanics, electronics, programmers, quality department) to achieve project goals.
Participating in meetings and project reviews.
Active participation in bidding and acquiring new projects.
Requirements:
Higher education preferred in a technical field (Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Aviation, Electronics, Computer Science and Telecommunications).
Experience as a Systems Engineer (preferred in the space, aviation, or automotive industry).
Previous experience in a technical lead or project manager role.
Experience in creating technical documentation.
Ability to moderate multidisciplinary technical discussions and solve technical problems.
Strong interpersonal skills, multitasking ability, and decision-making ability.
English language proficiency at B2/C1 level.
Knowledge of systems engineering processes (ISO standard, INCOSE Handbook, etc.).
Knowledge of ECSS standards related to systems engineering.
Experience with requirements tracking software (e.g., DOORS).
Understanding of UML and SysML diagrams.
